Our Services

Our team of committed, passionate and skilled Adelaide Psychologists and Social Workers provide services to children, young people, adults and families, who face a wide range of challenges. We aim to assist people maximise their potential, find direction and work toward leading a meaningful and fulfilling life. Each psychologist is highly trained with various fields of interests and specialities.

We provide a relaxed and understanding environment, allowing us to work with you to develop shared goals individually tailored to your needs. Your initial appointment will give you a chance to meet our friendly psychologists while allowing us to understanding your experiences and aspirations while developing a realistic treatment plan. After this, we will work with you to deliver evidence-based, best practice therapy to develop your insight and teach you new skills to address your presenting problem.

How We Can Help

Connected Self has a team of experienced psychologists who treat a range of common challenges, including (but not limited to):

Our psychologists are also able to undertake a range of professional assessments in the following areas: cognitive, emotional, personality, vocational and educational ability.

How to Access Our Services

Psychological services are subsidised by Medicare for people with a Mental Health Care Plan which can be obtained by visiting your GP who will then make a referral to Connected Self. We can rebate private health funds if you are eligible.

We offer a low fee option for eligible concession card holders.  Other sources of funding can include NDIS, Department for Child Protection (formerly Families SA), Disability Services (SA) and ICAN FLO. Connected Self are approved providers for these funding streams.

Bulk bill arrangements may be negotiated for exceptional circumstance on a case by case basis to ensure that real financial difficulty does not restrict anyone having access to the psychological support they need.
